Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

About the Owner

We retired a few years ago—Dee had been a therapist at a rehab center, and Dave had owned a manufacturing and welding business. Back then, we spent our evenings and weekends fixing up houses: Dee brought the creative vision, redesigning layouts and selecting everything from paint colors to the final decorative touches, while Dave was the “hammer,” handling demos, moving walls, and replacing doors. She’s got the eye, he’s got the skills. In 2023, we bought the Coastal Cottage, gave it a full makeover, and turned it into a vacation rental. We’ve come to love the business and the connections we make with our guests, and every now and then, we even get to meet them in person.
