Rent our property next door, Village Hideaway, to sleep up to 20 guests total. We utilize solar panels to keep our long-term operating costs low, ensuring stable rates for our guests. Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
We retired a few years ago—Dee had worked as a therapist at a rehab center, and Dave had owned a manufacturing and welding company. During our working years, we spent nights and weekends renovating houses: Dee brought the creative vision, reimagining floor plans and curating everything from paint palettes to the final decorative touches, while Dave was the “hammer,” tackling demos, moving walls, and replacing doors. She’s got the eye, he’s got the skills. In 2023, we bought the Coastal Cottage, gave it a complete makeover, and turned it into a vacation rental. We’ve grown to love the business and the connections we make with our guests, and every so often, we even get to meet them in person.
